About Tiffany

My name is Tiffany Wallace, and I am proud to serve the Aspen Hill and Silver Spring communities with a professional and client-focused approach to real estate. As a longtime Montgomery County resident, I bring a deep understanding of the local market and a strong foundation in negotiation, project management, and problem-solving. Before transitioning to real estate, I spent over 30 years in the federal government, overseeing programs in compliance, civil rights, and regulatory analysis. Those experiences taught me how to manage complex processes, communicate clearly, and guide people through important decisions—skills I now apply to help buyers and sellers feel confident and informed throughout every step of the real estate process.

I pride myself on being organized, detail-oriented, and approachable, building client relationships based on trust and transparency. I focus on providing thoughtful guidance, keeping clients informed, and making the buying or selling experience as smooth as possible. Outside of real estate, I enjoy music and am currently learning to play both piano and cello. I also have a passion for genealogy, community outreach, and mentoring, reflecting the same commitment to growth, connection, and service that I bring to every client I work with.
