I know the Market AND I know Value! As a native Washingtonian I grew up in Montgomery County and have been in the real estate business for +30 years. After falling in love with Real Estate in 1990 and becoming a Licensed Salesperson, I further expanded my business to include Real Estate Appraisals in 1994 and became Licensed as an Appraiser in 1997 and have appraised in the entire Washington, DC metro area to include DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. I am very happy to say that I have joined Weichert Realtors in April, 2018 and am delighted to be selling real estate again too! I can honestly say that no one knows the market better!
