About Sue

Daughter of a local Real Estate Broker & builder. I grew up in the real estate business. I graduated Boston University with a teaching degree. I taught for several years in the MCPS and then went on to become a reading specialist. After my children entered middle school, I decided it was time to get out of the classroom and follow in my father's footsteps. I began with Shannon & Luchs in Olney which later became Weichert, Realtors. I have worked for over thirty years as a top producer in the Silver Spring Area. I specialized in Stonegate and Naples. After we moved into Leisure World, I began to concentrate on seniors and moving families into my new community. In late 2018, I formed the Trio Partnership. The team enhances the service that I have always provided. We are all REALTORS, AND WE ARE ALL Top Producers in our Weichert Office. They also helped me to extend the geographic range of services I provide to my clients. A lead agent is determined within each transaction. The other two agents provide support as needed. We are also able to offer a service called Dual Agency within a Team. This unique service allows us to sell our own listings! After our manager's approval, we work for the designated owner or purchaser only. The buyer is able to have presentation and the seller is able to have presentation also. We have no further contact with the other party until closing. We have done this several times, and it has lead to successful transactions! Our goal is to satisfy all efficiently and happily!
